Shipping & Returns
Orders
To make sure your package gets to you, double check your mailing address as soon as you get the confirmation email. If there are any issues, email us within 24 hours so we can fix it. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Delivery
It takes a few days to fulfill and print each order before shipping. Shipping times will vary based on your location. Since products ship out of the US, international orders take longer to arrive.
USA*: 2-8 business days
Everywhere else: 10-30 business days
*Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may take an additional 7-12 business days.
Customs and fees
It’s not always the case, but international orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes when the product reaches your country. Check with your local customs office for more information. Once the order has been shipped, any fees related to the order become the customer’s responsibility.
If you live in a country (for example, Brazil) where international packages tend to get held up at customs, place your order carefully as we do not offer refunds.
Missing packages
Before getting in touch with us:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have your package

Check with your neighbors in case the courier left your package with them
If you still can’t locate your package, email us at hello@shirtgremlin.com with your order number and we can try to figure out what happened. But once we've shipped your order, it's out of our control and it's up to the delivery company to get it to you safely.
Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds. Each shirt is custom printed for you, so if you’re unsure which size to order (they should fit true to size), it’s always safer to order a size up.
