FAQ

Solid colored shirts are made using ethically grown and harvested US cotton. Heather, Sport Grey and Antique colors are cotton-polyester blends (just as ethical, and just as harvested).

We print on Gildan Softstyle shirts, which are pre-shrunk and should fit true to size.

You should wash it inside out in warm water until it screams. Tumble dry low. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach.

Anyone can adopt a Shirt Gremlin, but we mostly ship within North America. If you live in a country where international packages tend to get held up in customs (looking at you, Brazil) place your order carefully as we don't offer refunds.

🌎 FREE SHIPPING FOR EVERYONE YAY 🌎 Your order will ship from the US, but be aware that you may be charged import fees or taxes on your end. Sadly we don't control these fees.

If you're in the US*, it should arrive in a week or so. Outside of the US: a few weeks. Sorry, we don't make the rules. *Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico - it'll take a few weeks as well.

First, you'll get a confirmation email (check your spam folder just in case). Oh, and make sure your mailing address is 100% correct. If there are any issues, email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can fix it for you. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.

Email us at hello@shirtgremlin.com and we can try to figure out what happened. But once we've shipped your order, it's out of our control and it's up to the delivery company to get it to you safely.

We don't do returns or refunds. Bog lord prohibits it.
